Dr. Shankari Nilani Ravichandran

Meet Dr. Shankari Nilani Ravichandran, DNP! Nilani received her Doctorate in Nursing Practice from Columbia University’s School of Nursing and is currently pursuing her MBA at Johns Hopkins University. Beginning her nursing career at the age of 18, Nilani has built her expertise in transplant medicine, critical care, emergency medicine, family medicine, and outpatient care over the years. With additional administrational experience, Nilani has spent her career committed to offering her patients the highest-quality of care that honors their individual needs. As a proud Co-Founder of Niché Medical Solutions, Nilani seeks to serve all of your cosmetic and wellness needs! Nilani has called Somerset County her home for years, and is a proud mother of three children! Her personal interests include traveling, cycling, and cherishing time with loved ones!

Chantal Donnadio

Meet Chantal Donnadio, MHA, BSN, RN! Chantal completed her nursing studies at American Sentinel University and received her Master of Health Administration from Capella University. Throughout her 30 years of nursing practice, her predominant experiences have been in emergency room and trauma nursing in diverse communities. Her career progressed towards becoming Director of Nursing for a new ambulatory surgical center. While she enjoyed her time there, she felt a need to return to hospital systems in light of post-COVID nursing exhaustion. As a proud Co-Founder of Niché Medical Solutions, Chantal entered this space to build personal long-lasting relationships with her patients and community throughout their cosmetic and wellness journeys! Chantal has called Hillsborough Township her home for many years, and is a proud mother to 5 kids! Her personal interests include spending time with her family and she makes her own organic lotions, oils, and scents!
